Having owned numerous homes, and a business, I’ve had many occasions to work with a variety of contractors. Sadly, I have never been sufficiently impressed with any of these companies to warrant recommending them publicly. That being said, I’m very pleased to introduce you to Schlappi Construction.

I recently embarked on a large landscaping project. The final step in completing the construction of our forever home, in the Woodland Wa.area. A neighbor had recently worked with Cody Schlappi, on a similar project, and highly recommended him. I will be forever grateful for their recommendation.

Cody is amazing! He does it all! He handles every phase of the project, personally. His obvious knowledge, expertise and professional manner eliminated any anxiety normally associated with such projects. His design integrated all the different elements of the project beautifully! He was on time every morning. And put in a full day, every day, throughout the month long project. He communicated with me daily, regarding projects details, and timeline going forward. His work ethic, energy and integrity, distinguish him from the majority. Oh! And believe it or not, he cleaned up the entire site at the end of every day. Amazing So, if all of the above isn’t sufficient, you’ll be happy with his prices, as well!

I’m already imagining a future landscaping enhancement, and look forward to working with Cody again soon!
